OPLT presents: ArmaScrewYou workout
New workout given to me from three people. Armateg, Screw, Mr. You. This workout is not for everyone but thought I'd share this workout. It's only meant for me but feel free to try but remember to be careful! ><

3 Rounds:
25 burpees
25 pull ups
10 parawet push ups
25 crunch to Chinese getup/Jackknife
