Recently moved back to Las Vegas and getting everything up and in order. Laptop's busted, why must you hate me god? Internets will be turned on pretty soon and with this new phone I feel a little sane again :D
More posts and workouts will be on soon once I get everything up and in order from this move back to Vegas from Texas :D
On a side note dancing again hurts the body, I love it :) Went to my first event since being here in Vegas and enter the event 1 vs 2 and gotta tell you, ouch :D
One of my favorite bboy crews shot really well, enjoy.

TMV Plays Goliath at Abbey Road Studio
Given news of the return of At the Drive In I thought I'd follow up with what happened after ATDI. Half the band split and made Sparta, keeping most of the roots of ATDI with the same feel. While the other half made The Mars Volta and went for a more experimental feel with influences from a wide range of musical construct.
This song below I wanted to share called "Goliath" from their 4th album titled "The Bedlam in Goliath". The albums this band makes are mostly made of concept albums and the story that inspired this album was due to a purchase of a Ouija board while traveling and touring. Strange things started happening to the band and such bad luck that they decided to get rid of it in a special way due to the words of a holy man.
I recommend this album but of course starting from the beginning would be best :) Enjoy :D

Bruce Lee, Nunchucks, and death in a workout.
It's official. I've decided to become Bruce Lee status with these new chucks I picked up and in hopes that this will increase focus and fluid movement. Right now I'm all about fluid movement for some reason and what better to channel it than to nunchuck.
I'll be practicing all night after my training routine which I will post under all this but thought I'd share my little adventure. Hopefully this video (yes I know its fake) will inspire some of you to take on chucking but please, PLEASE! Be careful! Happy chucking :D

UFO's, gravity, and pizza.
"Bob Lazar goes on record to recount his experiences at the S4 Facility, Groom Lake, Nevada. He has passed two lie detector tests about his experiences, so he is either telling the truth or he is the greatest actor who ever lived."
This is part 1 of 4 videos of Robert Lazar discussing very interesting details about what he personally saw when hired for S4 and I must say, holy fuckin shit! He goes on about how the crafts are beyond us, yet, simple. Grab something to snack on and decide for yourself whether true or not.
I've always loved the thought of us not being alone and after watching these I can't help but be excited for new technology that we will most likely never see. However with rare spawns like Mr. Lazar we can bang our heads against a desk and ponder how gravity is fuckin amazing and should be more looked into.
